When results from the survey are ready, Ennova will send out accesses to the reports in Ennova Suite using two different email texts:
- Email text for managers with a report
- Email text for managers without a report (due to confidentiality)
The email texts are available in English in the Teams group under “Files” and cannot be edited. The texts are compliant with the GDPR regulations.
Managers who receive a report will receive a link to Ennova Suite and their report.
Managers who do not receive a report will receive a link to the Ennova confidentiality rules.
If your organization has chosen the add-on module ‘Actions’ to your survey, managers without a report can still create actions in Ennova Suite even though they do not have a report. The email text will therefore contain a link to Ennova Suite.
Access to the reports is send out on the dates and times that are agreed in the project plan. This includes the following two send-outs:
- Access to HR (and top management)
- Access to all managers
