Follow the response rate during the data collection

After the data collection has started, HR will receive a link to an online response rate. This should only be used as an internal tool enabling HR to follow the development of the response rate.

You can unfold the organisational structure to see response rates on lower levels.

It requires a minimum of 4 answers to show the response rate for a unit. If a unit has less than 4 answers, the response rate will read: “too few answers”.

Employees added, deleted employees or employees moved to a different part of the organization will be updated once a day in the online response rate.

Difference between the online response rate and the final response rate

To ensure high quality in your final results, we have a procedure that cleans data before the analysis. For example, this procedure could be relevant if an employee choose to answer “don’t know” throughout the entire survey, then the answer is registered as completed in the response rate but will not be included in the reported response rate. This also means that there might be a slight difference in the online response rate compared to the final delivered response rate.
