GELx core - a shorter core questionnaire

Ennova also offer a light concept for the Engagement survey – namely GELx Core. This is a shorter core questionnaire consisting of 17 chosen questions from our recommended GELx model with 36 questions.

GELx Core focus on the local team dialogue and direct actionable areas – mostly questions that are not in the employees’ sphere of influence have been removed.

The concept also gives a possibility to balance the questionnaire with more company specific questions/themes depending on the situation.
