How does Ennova come up with the Motivation & Satisfaction score?

The satisfaction & Motivation score is calculated as a weighted average of the 4 underlying questions meaning that each of the 4 underlying questions have different weights.

We do not share the weights on question level as these are calculated on respondent level in the analysis. Each employee belongs to a cluster with similar answers in the analysis and each cluster will have their own set of weights. Employees from a given unit does not necessarily belong to the same cluster. Each employee in the given unit will take their weights back to the unit and the weights on question level in the given unit are based on an average of the employees (different) weights.
