The protection of privacy is a core value in Ennova. Everyone has the right to protection of personal data concerning him or her. Therefore, we will never reveal individual confidential data and we check all results carefully before disclosing them.
When Ennova delivers results from Engagement Surveys to your company, Ennova guarantees that all responses are kept 100 percent confidential. We have two general rules that are used to keep individual responses confidential, the “Minimum rule” and the “Rule of Difference”
Minimum rule:
This rule states there has to be at least 4 responses before Ennova creates a report. If there are less responses in a unit, then the responses are not deleted, but they added in aggregated report. This takes us to the next rule.
Rule of difference:
In order to include responses from units with less than 4 responses in higher level unit, there has to be at least 3 responses in difference between the sub unit reports which have been delivered and the subunit reports which haven’t been delivered. If the answers cannot be included in the first higher level unit, we will try to include the responses in the next higher level until the rule complies or the higher level unit has 100 responses or more.
