How many employees are necessary in a unit in order to create a report?

It requires 4 answers in a unit to create a report. This is Ennovas minimum rule to ensure confidentiality of all employees.

So there should be placed at least 4 employees, and preferably more, in a unit.
For some units this will not be the case where only 1-3 employees are placed in a unit, and where it does not make sense to place any more employees in this unit. For these cases please be aware that Ennova will not create a report for this particular unit.

If relevant, it is possible to add a section in the questionnaire asking employees about consent to create a report for their unit if only 3 employees are placed in the unit or if only 3 employees from their unit have answered the questionnaire.
If all employees in the specific unit agrees to this, Ennova will create a report for the unit with only 3 answers.
