How should I interpret the variation in the question results within a unit?
The variation in a question describes agreement or disagreement in the employees' answers to the specific question.
It is represented by two arrows. If the arrows are pointing in the same direction it indicates agreement in the answers. If the arrows are pointing in different directions it indicates disagreement in the answers.
This analysis has its purpose of giving additional insights into results, and supporting managers in their work with results.
