Why does Ennova use a 10-point scale
The question has a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the lowest score and 10 is the highest score. There is also a "Do not know" option if an employee does not have any experience or opinion about a specific question.
The specific scale will vary throughout the questionnaire.
The reason why the 1-10 scale is used is because, among other things, it is used in many everyday contexts and is typically perceived intuitively by respondents.
