Before filling in data to the Organizer system, you should decide who should participate in the survey. Ennovas participation recommendations are:
- Employees with minimum 2-3 months seniority
- Full-time and Part-time employees participate on equal terms
- Employees on leave do not participate
- External consultants and students do not participate
You do decide yourself who participates in the survey – just make sure to make clear communications about this to avoid any confusion.
The Excel-file which needs to be filled in with data, can be found in your Teams channel under “Files” and will be named “Employee & Organisational data template”.

When the template has been filled in, you upload the template in the Teams channel under “Files”, and post that the template has been uploaded.
