How to provide HR access to results

Managers’ access to reports in Ennova Suite are controlled by Organizer. Managers will receive access to the report(s) for the unit(s) they are manager of in Organizer (and all underlying units).

Before managers gain access to the reports, HR (and top management) are given access to the reports. In regard to this preceding access, Ennova needs input on who should gain access at this preceding level.

In the Excel input template available in the Teams group under “Files” there is a tab called “Special permissions”. In this tab, you should provide information (name and email) about the relevant HR (and top management) individuals who shall be given access to the reports before the managers.
