How to follow-up on actions

For HR and higher-level managers, it is possible to follow up on how the organization is working with the results.

When accessing “Results & Actions” in Ennova Suite, you can click on “Follow up” in the top menu bar. Here you can see which parts of the organization have created action plans. Furthermore, you can see who has completed the actions and which themes the actions relate to.
