I cannot log in to Ennova Suite with the SSO solution. What do I do?
For the SSO solution to work, it requires that you are logged on to your company’s VPN. So, the first thing to do is to check whether this requirement is fulfilled. If not, please log on VPN and try again.
If you still experience problems please contact your own IT department.
If they cannot solve the problem, please contact Ennova through the Teams group.
