I do not receive an email when I am trying to log in to Ennova Suite. What do I do?

It is only e-mail adresses of managers in Ennova Organizer or special permissions granted by HR to Ennova, that can access Ennova Suite. You can check permissions and grant access in the Ennova Suite in the "Users" tab. Read about this here. 

Other potential issues:

- Mail delay. Please wait a couple of minutes to see if the email is just delayed.

- Spam folder. Please check your spam folder to see whether the email has ended up there.
