Global Employee & Leadership Index (GELx) is Ennova’s best practice concept for measuring Employee Engagement.
The concept measures the level of Engagement and 8 important driving factors. Engagement is measured by the two overall KPI’s (Satisfaction & Motivation and Loyalty) and is the overall result of how we perceive our work, work situation and the company as an employer.
GELx is used as the core of the Engagement survey of almost all Ennova clients because it offers great benefits in terms of strong external benchmarking, driver analysis and recommendations for focus areas in each team in the organisation.
The concept also offers a flexible questionnaire, because the core can be supplemented with additional questions that cover specific company themes.
The GELx questionnaire contains 36 questions + 1 open comment and is translated into +50 languages, tested in +100 countries and used in all industries. The concept is based on well-founded theory and more than 30 years of experience.
