Login letter invitations

Login letters are used when an employee does not have an email address, so the employee cannot receive the invitation to the survey by email. If this is the case, the employee will receive the invitation to the survey as a login letter instead.

The login letter invitation contains the same GDPR approved texts as the email invitation. The only difference is that the login letters come with a generic link, which the employee can use to log in using their unique username and password.

A QR code can be included with the login letter, allowing the employee to scan the QR code and access the questionnaire on a smartphone.

Login letters will be sent as PDF files via email to a trusted HR person or manager, who will have the responsibility of printing and distributing the login letters to the employees.
The login letters should not be distributed to the employees before the start date of the data collection due to testing of questionnaire.

Employees receiving the invitation by login letter will not receive reminders during the data collection.

You can find the standard login letter in English in the Teams group under “Files”.
