Technical requirements for Single Sign-On (SSO)

The setup of the SSO solution is simple and only requires a maximum of 30 minutes of your time.

The following steps describe what you need to do:

  1. We need access to a global admin person for Microsoft Azure at your company with whom Ennova can book a meeting for the setup.
  2. Before the meeting, Ennova will send an email with a link to the Azure creation.
  3. In the meeting, the global admin person will click the link and access the login site.
  4. The global admin person will then use their email address to log in to the site (we have set up the email user in the system before the meeting).
  5. Once the email is added, we will get a Microsoft pop-up window where the global admin person gives consent to this setup on behalf of you.
  6. In the pop-up window, the admin person logs in and gives consent to Ennova establishing a new Enterprise application in the client’s Azure.
  7. Once this is done, the global admin person clicks the link again and logs in.
  8. This time the user will see a new screen with the user-claim information. Once we see this screen the setup is done.
  9. The global admin person then logs in to Azure and goes to “Users and groups”.
  10. Within “Users and groups” the person gives access to the appointed groups of employees who should be able to use the SSO solution. It can be done for one group or several groups.
  11. Done.
