Why do you need 3 or 4 employees to generate a report?
The feedback each employee gives need to be 100% confidential and we never report individual answers.
When reporting average scores for at least 3 persons, no one knows what each individual employee have answered.
If a unit doesn’t have enough answered to create a report, the answers are not lost, but aggregated to higher level results.
The limit for creating a report depends on the agreed minimum rule between Ennova and your organization. Default is 4 answers.
If you prefer, we can add a question in the questionnaire where each employee allows Ennova to generate reports with 3 answers.
If all persons in small teams have accepted this, Ennova will be able to create a report with only 3 answers.
