A guideline to the Ennova Result sheet
The purpose of the result sheet is to give HR management and Top management insight into results before the main roll out to all managers. This can be useful for preparing corporate communication about the results and the follow up process, and it is also providing an early warning in relation to managers and organizational units that receive a challenging evaluation.
Be aware that the result sheet contains all manager evaluations and thus very sensitive results. It is only intended for a few key people who have permission to see the results for all teams and managers.
How to read the Result sheet?
The Results sheet include horizontally all dimension and question scores and vertically all organisational units where an individual result can be calculated without compromising anonymity. In the first columns you will find organisational information (e.g., unit name, manager name and the organisational level). The variable named “IsLowestLevel” can be used for filtering between team reports (value=true) and rolled up organisational reports (value=false).
The scores in the Result sheet are marked with red, grey and green colors based on Ennova’s general guide to low, medium and high scores. An index score below 60 is perceived as low and marked with the red color. Scores between 60-74 are marked with a grey color and can be perceived as more average scores that could require attention. Lastly scores of 75 or above are perceived high and marked with a green color. You can read more about color coding in the reporting in this article.
How to use the Result sheet?
You should use the Result sheet for getting a quick overview of results. We recommend you pay special attention to the overall scores for Satisfaction & Motivation and for Immediate Manager. This will give you a good idea about the variation in results and you will become aware of which managers that receive low results, and who therefore may need support both when receiving the results and during the subsequent follow-up process.
Please notice that Ennova is specialized in supporting the follow up process for teams or managers with low scores. We recommend you reach out to your contact person, if you want to hear more about this
